What Is An X-Ray?

An X-ray is a quick and painless test that produces images of the structures inside your body – particularly your bones. X-ray beams can pass through your body, but they are absorbed in different amounts depending on the density of the material they pass through. Dense materials, such as bone and metal, show up as white on X-rays. The air in your lungs shows up as black. Fat and muscle appear as varying shades of gray.

What Is An USG?

It is a machine used to imagines various parts of body using sound wave. It can be done for Abdomen, soft tissues, thyroid and chest imaging. We have latest Samsung HS-30 machine with Doppler for USG examination

What Is A CT-Scan?

Computerized tomography (CT scan) combines a series of X-ray views taken from many different angles and computer processing to create cross-sectional images of the bones and soft tissues inside your body. It is primarily done to:

Diagnose muscle and bone disorders, such as bone tumors and fractures
Pinpoint the location of a tumor, infection or blood clot
Guide procedures such as surgery, biopsy and radiation therapy
Detect and monitor diseases and conditions such as cancer, heart disease, lung nodules and liver masses
Detect internal injuries and internal bleeding
